One on One sessions are 1 1/2 hours of private training with a Qualified GET A GRIP COACH. Individual training offers more exclusive communication with greater emphasis on the Athletic Specific Sport.

Group Session(1 to 8 Athletes maximum) $35.00 (90 min)

Dynamic Team Sessions $70.00

Session include 30 minutes to 1 hour of stretching as well as a little movement before games or practice. Sessions are done during season as well as during the off season.
